Ticket terms & conditions

The event

Estiworld Live 2026 is a two-day conference taking place on Friday 6th and Saturday 7th November 2026, 9am to 5pm each day, at The Lowry Hotel, 50 Dearmans Place, Salford, M3 5LH. The event is organised by MSTA, International Skincare Education (UK) Ltd.

Refunds and cancellation

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Tickets are allocated to individual attendees at the point of purchase, meaning we are unable to offer refunds once a booking has been confirmed.

If the event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date. In the unlikely event that we cancel Estiworld Live and cannot reschedule it, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price.

Transferring your ticket

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Email us at info@mstauk.com with your order details and the new attendee's name and email address, and we will update the booking.

Tickets and pricing

Tickets are sold in three tiers: Standard, Pro and All Access VIP. Pro and All Access VIP tickets are strictly limited in number and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

All prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken securely at checkout by Stripe, and Klarna instalment options may be available at checkout, subject to eligibility. Promotional pricing and discount codes (including launch offers) are available for a limited time only, must be applied at checkout, and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed purchases.

Programme and speakers

The speaker line-up, schedule and programme are subject to change. If a speaker is unable to appear, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable replacement. Changes to the programme do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

Admission and conduct

Your ticket admits one named attendee for both event days, with the inclusions listed for your tier at purchase. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate, without refund.

Photography and filming will take place at the event for marketing purposes. If you would prefer not to appear in event content, let a member of the team know on the day.
